The Powerful Parachute

Sometimes our thoughts and feelings can get stuck on things we can't control, stopping us in our tracks. In this craft activity, children are encouraged to think, sort and discuss things that they feel are in their control and those they feel are not.

Separating the things we can control from those we can't, empowers us to focus on the positives! We then become capable of identifying things we can't control; helping us accept and overcome them, so we can keep moving forward.
